    At 614Fitness, we offer a comprehensive range of fitness services. Our offerings include one-on-one personal training, small group sessions, strength and conditioning programs, circuit-based classes, core strengthening exercises, performance 55, and personalized nutrition coaching. We also offer small group fitness classes on Zoom for times when you can’t make it to the gym and want to work out from the comfort of your home.
  • Where are you located?

    Our fitness facility is situated in Columbus, Ohio. We primarily serve local residents but also extend our services to individuals from neighboring areas who are seeking quality fitness training.
  • What are your hours of operation?

    Our gym operates from early morning to evening hours to accommodate diverse schedules. For specific class times and trainer availability, please refer to our current schedule. Our Personal Training programs offer a flexible schedule that is centered around you and your trainer’s availability.
  • Are your trainers certified?

    Indeed, all of our fitness coaches and personal trainers hold professional certifications. Each trainer possesses specialized certifications in their respective areas of fitness instruction.
  • Do you offer beginner‑friendly programs?

    Certainly. We cater to individuals at all fitness levels, including those new to exercise or returning after a hiatus. Our trainers design safe and effective programs tailored to each client's current fitness level and goals.
